The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday rallied 271 points, or 1.5 percent, to 18,503 in line with rising Asian and European markets. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rose 87 points, 1.6 percent, to 5,560.Stock markets in Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea climbed between 0.6 percent and 2.3 percent.
