The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 83 points, or 0.4 percent, to 18,710, on Tuesday, with sentiment hit by weak Asian and European markets. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange lost 26 points, or 0.5 percent, to 5,691.
