The BSE benchmark Sensex down by 74 points to 19,400 in noon trade.Earlier sensex was declined by over 57 points as investors preferred to book profits after two sessions of gains. The 30-share barometer had gained nearly 232 points in the previous two sessions.Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty shed 25 points to 5,901.
