The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex on Tuesday opened 56 points down as funds and retail investors booked profits. Sensex was trading at 18,223 down by 63 points when reports last came in. Similarly, the National Stock Exchange index Nifty is down by 21 to 5,479 points.
