The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange was trading 55 points in the negative territory at 17,577 late morning trade, when reports last came in. The 30-share barometer, which lost nearly 219 points in the previous three sessions, opened 56 points in the red today on sustained selling by funds and retailers due to concerns over delay in economic reforms.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange declined by 17 points to 5,317.In Asian region, Hong Kong's Hang Seng down by 0.06 per cent, while the Japan's Nikkei was up by 0.28 per cent in early trade today.The US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.17 per cent lower in Tuesday's trade.
