After a moderately positive opening, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange had declined 37 points, to 32,289 a short while ago. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange had fell by 4 points, to 10,062.And at the forex market, the rupee had weakened 14 paise, to 63.72 against the dollar.
