Falling for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 156 points, or 0.9 percent, to 17,575, today, on fears of a rate hike by the Reserve Bank, after the government hiked fuel prices. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange slipped 52 points, or 1 percent, to 5,269.Stock markets markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong and South Korea declined between 0.5 percent and 2 percent.
