The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange dropped 151 points, or 0.9 percent, to 16,786, on Friday, on worries about an interest rate hike by the Reserve Bank.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange declined 42 points, or 0.8 percent, to 5,050. Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea ended mixed.
