The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 136 points to 17,122, on Wednesday, ahead of the settlement in the derivatives segment, and amid weak global markets. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 48 points to 5,195.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea dropped between 0.1 percent and 2.7 percent.
