The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange fell 49 points, or 0.3 percent, to 17,131, on Tuesday amid profit-booking. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange slipped 13 points, or 0.3 percent, to 5,091.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore lost between 0.5 percent and 3.5 percent.
