The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange was down by 248 points to 19,192 in afternoon trade, due to selling by funds and speculators. Earlier, the 30-share barometer fell by 77 points in early trade today.The Nifty, at the National Stock Exchange declined by 73 points to 5,804.
