Falling for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 202 points, to close at 21,064, on selling in blue-chips, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 57 points, to 6,262.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore ended mixed.
