The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 151 points, or 0.8 percent, to 18,502 on Wednesday on fears of an interest rate hike by the Reserve Bank, and after poor quarterly results from IT major, Wipro. The Nifty lost 47 points, or 0.8 percent, to 5,567.But stock markets in Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore gained between 0.5 percent and 1.2 percent.
