The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 77 points, or 0.4 percent, to close at 18,552, today, even as the rupee breached the 60-mark against the dollar. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 20 points, or 0.4 percent, to 5,589.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore ended mixed.
