The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 74 points, or 0.4 percent, to 16,884, on emergence of profit-booking, amid weak European markets, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange shed 22 points, or 0.4 percent, to 5,078.But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, and South Korea rose between 0.8 percent and 2.3 percent.
