The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 207 points, or 1.2 percent, to 17,362, after volatile trade, today, after ratings agency, Moody's lowered its outlook on the country's banking system. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange lost 68 points, or 1.3 percent, to 5,221.But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong and South Korea rose between 0.2 percent and 1.7 percent.
