The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 14 points, or 0.1 per cent, to close at 19,410, after volatile trade, today. But the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange managed to gain 2 points, to 5,909. Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore rose between 0.1 percent and 1.1 percent.
