Domestic stocks on Wednesday closed with losses for the fourth session in a row even as global cues were positive. Both stocks lost more than 0.3 per cent. 

The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 120 points to end at 36,034. 

The Nifty at National Stock Exchange also fell 38 points to settle at 10,794.
