The benchmark BSE Sensex declined 108 points to 32,694 in late morning trade today. NSE, Nifty too is trading down by 44 points at 10,074. The rupee depreciated by 6 paise to 64.61 against the dollar at the interbank forex market today ahead of the announcement of RBI's monetary policy amid foreign fund outflows.
