Maintaining the downward trend, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange was trading 92 points in the negative territory at 16,558 in afternoon trade, when reports last came in. Snapping a four-day rising streak, the 30-share index today opened 95 points in the red at 16,553. The downfall comes after funds and retail investors booked profits at prevailing levels, amid a weak trend in other Asian markets.In a similar fashion, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty was trading 31 points in the red at 5,019.
