Sensex today ended moderately higher by over 32 points.The Bombay Stock Exchange Index closed at 18,238 after inially gaining 150 points. Firming of global trend and reports of increased taxes paid by corporates are said to be the cause for the buoyancy. National Stock Exchange index Nifty rose by 14.30 points to close at 5,486.
