The upward streak in the Indian Stock Markets continued today amidst choppy trade. The BSE Sensex ended with a moderate gain of 34 points to close at 16,711. Shares of IT, auto and consumer goods stocks moved up marginally on volatile trade. The wide-based Nifty at the National stock exchange also ended with a marginal gain of 7 points to close at 4965.
