The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 150 points, or 0.8 percent, to 18,070, amid weak global markets, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 40 points, or 0.7 percent, to 5,421. Stock markets in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea lost between 0.8 percent and 2.7 percent, as investors fretted about the pace and sustainability of the global economic recovery.
