Senior IAS officer Atal Dulloo appointed as Chief Secretary of J&K

<span style="color: #222222;">Senior IAS officer Atal Dulloo has been appointed as the Chief secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, replacing Arun Kumar Mehta who is due to superannuate tomorrow. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that Atal Dulloo, a 1988 batch IAS officer of the Union Territories or Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) Cadre, will assume the charge as chief secretary of Jammu and Kashmir from 1st of December. On 20th of this month, Mr Dulloo who working as secretary of the Department of Border Management under the Home Ministry, was repatriated to Union Territories cadre by the Central Government. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved Dulloo's repatriation to his parent cadre at the request of the Ministry of Home Affairs.</span><br />
