The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption conducted raids at the premises of senior DMK leader and former Minister M.R.K.Pannerselvam today. The raids were conducted at his residences and also at the houses of his family members at Chennai, Cuddalore and Nagapattinam districts. Mr. Pannerselvam served as Minister for Health and family welfare in the DMK regime. He is the fourth ex-minister to come under the scanner for allegedly amassing wealth disproportionate to known sources of income. Earlier, the houses of former Ministers K.N.Nehru, K.Ponmudy and T.M.Anbarasan and their family members were raided.
