<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Senior BJP Leader and Former Chairman J&K Legislative Council Haji Anayat Ali has requested for appointment of Liaison Officers for stranded residents of Ladakh at Jammu, Srinagar and other parts of India.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He wrote a letter to Ladakh Lieutenant Governor R K Mathur and told that the residents of Ladakh region especially students and old citizens stranded in Srinagar, Jammu and Delhi are facing several problems like shortage of medicine and ration while some require medical attention. Some residents are in Red Zones and due to problems like unfamiliarity with native languages are unable to access proper care.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Citing these reasons, Haji Anayat Ali requested LG to depute some Liaison Officers in required region and cities so that they can facilitate the communication and solution of their problems in those regions. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also suggested that these Liaison Officers may be monitored by a Chief Liaison Officer at Srinagar and Jammu to help cooperate and coordinate all the activities.   </span><br />''  <br />
