A two-day national seminar on Juvenile justice began in New Delhi today to sensitise the need of children and their access to justice. Inaugurating the seminar, Supreme Court Judge and Executive Chairman of National Legal Services Authority, Justice Altamas Kabir emphasised the need to understand the things from a child's perspective.He said while dealing with the cases of children, one should treat them as victim and not as law breaker. He asserted that mindset must be changed while dealing with the cases of children.He said that a person below the age of 18 years could be molded with a proper guidance and he or she can become country's asset and not liability.
