A self-styled zonal commander of the banned CPI (Maoist) has been arrested from Rohtas district in Bihar. Superintendent of Police Vikas Baibhav said that acting on a tip-off, police raided a house and arrested Satyanarayan Ram from Kaithi village on Wednesday night. A pistol and several rounds of ammunition were seized from him. The arrested ultra was wanted in connection with several criminal offences.
