However, Pinki Rani in the 48-51 kg category settled for a bronze medal after she lost her semi-final bout against Michaela Walsh of Northern Ireland.In Athletics, Seema Punia clinched Silver in the Women's Discus Throw event, with an effort of 61.61 metres. Krishna Poonia finished fifth in the event.In Women's High Jump, G. Nagaraj advanced to the finals.
