AIR correspondent reports that as a measure of multi-tier security, police have deployed additional Quick Response Teams (QRTs) in Jammu city to deal with any situation. The main function of the Independence Day in Jammu will be held at Mini Stadium at Parade Ground.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Parade Ground was sealed as part of security arrangements even as the UT administration has decided to allow only a few hundred people to attend the celebration due to rise in coronavirus cases in the Union Territory. Border grid security has been tightened and all border roads are being kept under a strict watch. SSP, Jammu, Shridhar Patil has said adequate security arrangements have been made to ensure Independence Day passes off peacefully. He sought the cooperation of the people in maintaining peace.</span><br />
