Home Minster Rajnath Singh has asked the security forces to upgrade themselves with new strategies using new technologies to combat the menace of terrorism. Addressing the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Border Security Force in New Delhi today, Mr Singh said, terrorists are using new technologies which is a big challenge before the world. <br/><br/>Lauding the efforts of BSF in border management, disaster relief operations and peace keeping, he said, the force is not only the largest Border guarding force in the world but it is one of the best force. Mr Singh said, BSF has given best reply whenever ceasefire has been violated. <br/><br/>He said, due to the efforts of the force, cattle smuggling has been reduced by 70 per cent in the Indo-Bangla border. <br/><br/>He expressed confidence that the smuggling will come down in the coming days. The Minister said the Government is aware about the problems faced by the force and it is committed to provide best resources to it.
