Home Minister P.Chidambaram today asserted that the security forces will act decisively with speed to deal with any security challenge. The statement assumes significance in the wake of intelligence inputs of a possible terror threat during the festive season. <br/>Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function to inaugurate 22 new police stations in the national capital Mr. P. Chidambaram said security and intelligence forces are capable of dealing with any threat to the nation. He said Centre is taking steps to further strengthen intelligence network in the country and there is no need to panic. <br/>He asked the Delhi government to conduct large scale awareness programmes to involve the people of the Metro for Commonwealth Games. Mr. Chidambaram lauded Delhi police officers for the arrest of top naxal leaders Kobad Gandhi following a tip of by the intelligence agency. Mr. Chidambaram at a function in Chennai yesterday urged Pakistan to interrogate mastermind of Mumbai terror attacks Hafiz Saeed. He said all evidence is available against him on the Pakistani soil. <br/> Reacting to the reports that Saeed has been put under home arrest, the Home Minister described it a face saving technique by Pakistan.<br/>
