Security forces kill LeT commander in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, Security Forces today achieved a major success when they gunned down the self-styled Divisional Commander of Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit in Kishtwar district of Jammu region.<br/><br/>The slain militant has been identified as Mohammed Ishaq alias Attiq, who was the longest surviving militant and was operating in the Doda belt. <br/><br/>According to sources, acting on specific information about the presence of the said dreaded militant in Bonjawah forests of Kishtwar, Security Forces launched a search operation. <br/><br/>Seeing himself trapped the militant started firing on the troops which was returned by the forces. In the ensuing encounter, the Lashkar militant got killed. Further details are awaited.
