In Moscow, the security forces have arrested twenty four alleged members of a terrorist network linked to al-Qaeda. According to the French News Agency AFP, the network was coordinating with terrorists in Sweden, Belgium ,Syria, Iraq and recruited volunteers for Al-Qaeda for suicide bombings in Afghanistan and Somalia. The network was also planning to carry out terrorist attacks in Moscow.<br/>
