In Jammu and Kashmir, security forces have shot dead one of the two militants holed up in a house in Pulwama district on Tuesday.<br/><br/>The encounter started on Monday when the Police, assisted by the army, cordoned off village Abhama-Keller to flush out the two Hizbul militants hiding in a house.
