In Assam, the Security forces recovered a huge amount of IED from a remote village in the border area of Kamrup district in the wee hour on Sunday. The explosive recovered in a joint operation by Indian Army and Assam Police. According to police, the security forces recovered five kg of IED on a tip off. The explosive could have been carried to Guwahati to triger blasts. The police said the explosive were defused in the army camp later.
