In Jammu and Kashmir, Security Forces destroyed a militant hideout and recovered some arms and ammunition in Reasi district of Jammu division today. According to official sources, acting on a specific information, troops of Rashtriya Rifles and Police launched a joint search operation in Deda forest area of Mahore in Reasi district and came across a militant hideout . Before smashing the hideout troops recovered one AK 56 rifle, four magazines, 171 rounds of AK ammunition, 7 live hand grenades , one radio set , letter pad of Lashkar-e-Toiba and some other miscellaneous items. Bomb disposal squad later destroyed the live grenades. It is believed the hideout was used by Lashkar-e-Toiba militants.
