In Jammu and Kashmir, security forces achieved a major success when they busted a terrorist hideout in the mountainous district of Kishtwar in Jammu division and recovered huge cache of arms and ammunitions . Talking to AIR today the Police said that, acting on a specific information, 11 Rashtriya Rifles and Special Task Force of J&K Police in a joint operation busted the hideout in dense forest of Kutmarg.AIR correspondent reports, the hideout belonged to Hizbul Mujahideen Terrorists Mohd Amin @Jehangir, District Commander and Shakir Hussain @ Chota Hafiz, Tehsil Commander. The Arms/Ammunition recovered from the hideout had the potential of causing large scale casualties and damage to life and property. The busting of the hideout has succeeded in derailing the nefarious designs of the terrorists and their supporters.
