A security alert has been issued by the Union Government all along the Western coast following the tracking of two illegal satellite phones by the security agencies. The western coast spans from Gujarat to Kerala.

Security agencies are trying to identify a possible terror link. All the state police chiefs and chief secretaries have been told about the security consequences from the calls that are being made from two satellite phones somewhere on the Western coast.
