Section 144 has been imposed around the Parade Ground and Gandhi Park in Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun. The prohibitory orders have been imposed in view of the demonstration by unemployed youth yesterday over recruitment scams and paper leak cases in the state. There is a large deployment of police force in these areas.
