In Jammu and Kashmir, Secretary of Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj Sheetal Nanda chaired a training session for District Level Master Trainers of Kashmir Division regarding Back to Village Programme Phase-III (B2V-3) at the Directorate of Rural Development in Srinagar today.<br />'' <br />'' Detailed orientation and training was imparted to the participants regarding conduct of Back to Village Phase-III starting from 2nd of October this year, enabling Master Trainers to impart similar trainings at their respective District Headquarters to the designated visiting officers, for successful conduct of the programme and to invariably involve the PRI members Chairman Block Development Councils, Sarpanchs and Panchs during the said programme.<br />
