The Secretary General of the Bangladesh Nationalist party Mr. Khandaker Delwar Hossein passed away on Wednesday in Singapore. The senior leader of Bangladesh’s main opposition party was in a critical condition when he was taken to Singapore on 4th of this month to facilitate treatment for respiratory problems and other old age complications. Bangladesh President Zillur Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Leader of the opposition and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia have condoled the death of the veteran political leader.
