The second Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Wrestling Competition is starting from today at M.S. Bhullar Stadium in Punjab Armed Poilice campus, Jalandhar. Secretary, Indian Wrestling Federation and President of Punjab Wrestling Association, Kartar Singh informed that the three-day tournament would be inaugurated by the Deputy CM, Sukhbir Badal.
