In Rajasthan, second round of talks between the government and Gujjar leaders may begin today afternoon. The Gujjar leaders staging dharna is Pilupura are presently discussing on the persons to be included in the delegation and line to be followed during the talks with the government’s representatives. The talks may take place in Bayana where the Principal Secretary G.S. Sandhu is camping and keeping an eye on the situation. The possibilities of Mr. Sandhu going to a village near Pilupura to hold the talks cannot be ruled out. Meanwhile, train services on Jaipur -Delhi, Jaipur-Agra and Jaipur-Mumbai section have been restored following Gujjars lifting dharna in Manota near Dausa and Niwai near Tonk. But the Delhi-Mumbai rail section is blocked with dharna continuing in Pilupura. Jaipur-Agra national highway and Jhalawar-Indore state highway is also blocked.
