The second phase of the India Census-2011, will start in Sikkim on the 9th of the February. It will last till the 28th.This follows the listing of houses in the State under the first phase from 7th April to 22nd May this year. This was informed at the Training Programme for the State and district level Census functionaries organized by the Directorate of Census Operations,Sikkim in Gangtok today.
