Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar has described second part of the Budget session of Parliament as productive and fruitful. Addressing media after conclusion of the session, Mr Kumar said, Lok Sabha functioned 114 per cent while Rajya Sabha functioned 92 per cent during the session which is historic in the parliamentary history. <br/><br/>He said, both the houses passed 18 bills including 4 bills related to GST. Mr Kumar said, Lok Sabha passed 23 legislations while 14 bills were cleared by the Rajya Sabha. He said, the transaction of all financial business related to Budget before 31st March was also historic. <br/><br/>On NCBC bill, Mr Kumar said, it should have been better had the Rajya Sabha cleared the Constitution Amendment Bill in this session itself in view of all party support to it in Lok Sabha.
