The second meeting of National Advisory Council is in progress in New Delhi. The meeting is being chaired by the UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. The Food Security Bill will be the focus of discussions in the meeting. Sources in the Council said that the bill to deal with communal violence will also figure prominently in the deliberations. The Council is expected to review the implementation of central flagship programmers and suggest improvements for better results.
