Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is evolving as a professional organisation. He said this after meeting the board of the market regulator in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Mr Jaitley said, future agenda of SEBI and budget announcements related to capital markets were discussed in the meeting. Meanwhile, SEBI Chairman-designate Ajay Tyagi said, he is looking forward to handling his responsibilty as the Chairman. Government yesterday appointed Tyagi as the chairman for a period of five years. He is currently the additional secretary, Department of Economic Affairs in the Finance Ministry.
