The national capital was drenched today after it received the season's highest rainfall which brought along with it woes of waterlogging and traffic jamsaffecting the movement of thousands of office-goers.Rain gauges recorded 54.5 mm of rainfall for the past 24 hours ending 8.30 AM, which is the highest for Delhi since the Monsoon began in June-end.Rains that began last night continued till this morning.
