<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, the scrutiny of nomination papers of candidates for the second phase of assembly elections is underway. In this phase, 1,698 candidates have filed their nominations for 94 assembly constituencies. The last date of withdrawal of candidature is 19th October and polling will be held on 3rd November.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the CEO Office informed that 143 nominations have been filed for the third phase of elections so far. BJP State In-charge Bhupendra Yadav and former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis addressed rallies in Munger with JD(U) leaders. Mr. Yadav alleged that RJD is trying to instigate left wing extremism in Bihar. He said the NDA government has established peace and harmony in the State and opposition wants to sabotage it. Senior BJP leaders Nityanand Rai, Sushil Kumar Modi and Radhamohan Singh also addressed rallies.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">JD(U) president and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed public meetings in Kargahar, Dinara and Rajpur. Addressing a rally Mr. Kumar said his government has given priority to education. Several new universities, Medical colleges, polytechnic institutes have been opened during his government.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In his rallies RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav promised facilities to Niyojit teachers like permanent ones. He also promised permanent jobs to Anganwadi, ASHA workers and Jeevika didis. Pappu Yadav, leader of Jan Adhikar Party addressed rallies in Jamui and Wazirganj with Vanchit Bahujan Aghari cheif Prakash Ambedkar. He promised people that if voted to power he will build modern government schools to ensure quality education.</span><br />''  <br />
